You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for reviewing the accuracy of resumes, cover letters, and AI-generated content before using it.

You may not use Resumety to upload malware, impersonate others, attack the service, bypass limits, scrape private data, or violate applicable law.

Free accounts are subject to free-plan limits. Pro accounts unlock paid layouts, AI features, cover letters, headshots, and expanded usage while the subscription is active.

AI credits are usage-based, do not roll over, and may reset according to the active monthly or yearly plan rules.

AI output can contain mistakes. You must review generated text and images before submitting them to employers or using them publicly.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the text and images you provide, including any personal photos used for headshots.

You are responsible for using only images of yourself or images you have the rights to use. AI features may send relevant data to third-party model providers to complete the requested generation.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

If a plan expires, the account returns to free-plan limits while existing content remains stored unless removed according to product controls or support requests.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features to keep the service secure and reliable.

We work to keep Resumety available, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access.
