Support requests are handled from the email address attached to your Resumety account whenever possible.

What to include

Include your account email, the affected resume or cover letter name, screenshots if useful, and the browser or device you used.

For billing or refund requests, include the purchase date, plan type, and a short explanation of the issue.

Security

Never send your password. Resumety support will never ask for it.

If you report an account or privacy issue, we may ask for details that help confirm ownership before making changes.
