Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed through support against the plan purchased and whether paid features or AI credits were used after purchase.

Yearly Pro plans
Yearly Pro plans are refundable within up to 14 days of purchase only if no AI credits have been consumed since that purchase.
If any AI credit is consumed after purchase, the yearly plan is no longer eligible for refund.
Monthly Pro plans
Monthly Pro plans are refundable within 3 days of purchase only if no Pro layout was used and no paid feature was used.
Paid features include Pro layouts, AI rewrites, cover letters, professional headshots, and any other Pro-only or credit-based feature.
How to request a refund
Contact [email protected] from your account email and include the purchase date, plan, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe where possible. Timing can depend on your bank or card issuer.
Purchased AI credit top-ups are non-refundable.
Abuse and exceptions
Refund requests may be refused when usage logs show paid feature usage, credit consumption, abuse, chargeback fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
